Now that Kylie Jenner has turned 18, there is a new celebrity sibling that is vying for the role of teen growing up way too fast! Noah Cyrus, the 15-year-old sister of Miley, showed up at Kylie's birthday bash in West Hollywood last night looking like this, way beyond her years.
Wearing a platinum blonde wig, the teenager stood out from the crowd as she made her way in to Booty Bellows nightclub dressed in an all-black ensemble with a purple/blue lipstick. See more pics after the cut.
