Redeemed Church Pastor Kidnapped During Service Freed

The Redeemed Christian Church pastor who was abducted by hoodlums, last Sunday during church service, was released by his captors over the weekend.

According to report, Pastor Ayo Funsho Rapheal was taken to somewhere along Lokoja at midnight and asked to go home. Luckily, Pastor Ayo was able to find his way to the church where other pastors were holding a vigil for his release.

Although the kidnappers earlier demanded a ransom of N50 million for his release, it is yet to be confirmed if any amount was paid for his release.
