Famous rapper and the President of Chocolate City, Jude Abaga, a.k.a M.I, who rose to prominence when his song, Crowd Mentality became accepted in Jos, is undoubtedly one of the most successful hip-hop stars of this generation.
The award winning artiste in a recent interview with Vanguard reveals how he gets the inspiration for his songs.
“I think I am one of the most down-to-earth people and I live among the people. I don’t say because I have a celebrity life I wont talk to my neighbours. Because of that, inspiration comes from everywhere around me. It might be somebody hustling or hanging out in the club.”
Recall that M.I released his first album Talk about It in December 2008.
