Kylie Jenner's very casual appearance at the Glamour Women Of The Year Awards surprised many.Kylie not only stepped out with minimal makeup,she looked her age .She explains that her look was not intentional as she had a wardrobe malfunction

I believe she just wanted the shine to be on her dad..If not,  she needs to keep having these malfunctions..She really looks pretty ..
