Omigosh...may we not be wasted on the day of our glory... This is so horrible.
A 40-year-old woman was tragically killed on her way to her wedding reception on Saturday, just minutes after getting married to the love of her life.
Jana Miles married William Burnett in a city park in Buckner, Illinois around 6:30pm. After the ceremony the newlyweds hopped on Burnett's motorcycle and were waved off with cheers as they led a caravan of well-wishers to the reception.
They had only been on the road a few minutes when a deer ran out into their lane, causing a crash that threw the new Mrs Burnett - still wearing her cream tea-length wedding dress - to the ground
She was pronounced dead at the hospital an hour later, leaving behind a 22-year-old daughter, 14-year-old son and her 31-year-old groom, who suffered only minor injuries.

It appears the deer entered the road so quickly that Burnett didn't have time to react. It just jumped into the middle of the road.
Some of the wedding guests were close behind, following the couple to the reception bar and witnessed the horrifying crash.
